On December 5^th, 2016 Zhou Qiang the Chief Grand Justice and Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court, presided over a plenary session of the Supreme People’s Court Judicial Committee, in which the committee reviewed and approved in principle the Provisions of the Supreme People’s Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China (IV).

    On December 12^th, Zhou Qian also presided over a plenary session of the Supreme People’s Court Judicial Committee that reviewed and approved in principle the Decision of the Supreme People’s Court on Several Issues Concerning the Examination of Administrative Cases Involving the Licensing and Formulation of Trademark Rights and the Decision of the Supreme People’s Court on the Interpretation of Several Issues Concerning the Specific Application of the Law in Criminal Prosecutions for the Illegal Practice of Medicine.
