　　Established in 2008, the Professional Committee of the Shanghai Trademark Association (hereinafter the “Committee”) is an affiliate agency of the Shanghai Trademark Association, which consists of major trademark agencies and organizations in Shanghai. The Committee implements self-regulatory management over trademark agencies to regulate business practices and to improve the overall quality of the agencies.

　　Watson & Band’s expertise has long been recognized in the trademark agency services industry and the legal services industry at large. During the Fourth Annual Meeting of the Committee held in February 2015, Watson & Band was re-elected Deputy Director of the Fifth Committee by secret ballot, competitive elections.
