　　On the afternoon of March 18th, 2015, at the invitation of Shanghai Fushouyuan Industrial Development Co., Ltd., W&B senior of-counsel Xiaojun Ke and attorney Yuan Mei from W&B’s trademark & design department provided a training program on corporate trademark practices for Fushouyuan’s mid-level and senior managers at Wen Li Hall in Fushouyuan’s Qingpu Fuyuan Villa. The training program centered on basic provisions of trademark law, key issues in corporate trademark practice, and practical legal issues that Fushouyuan faces.

　　W&B’s lecturers vividly presented abstract and complex trademark law issues by citing cases and initiating discussions to explain theory and inspire reflection. Q&A sessions and interactions with the trainees permeated the entire training process and achieved the desired effect.
