Recently, the IPR Legal Activity of Shanghai Yidian Intelligent Park (Startup and Innovation Type) and Release Conference of “Legal Affair One-Click APP” was successfully held. This activity and release conference was hosted by Shanghai Yidian (Group) Co., Ltd and supported by Watson & Band Law Office, the Kaiyuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and the Party Committee of Hong Mei Street Community of Xuhui District. W&B Managing Partner Jean Yang attended the conference and presented a lecture.

Ms. Yang praised the successful launch of the “Legal Affairs One-Click APP” before presenting an insightful lecture on how IPR capitalization by Shanghai Yidian motivates IPR protection for technological innovation. She also shared her thoughts on the development and promotion of IPR capitalization. Using references to cases handled by W&B, Ms. Yang emphasized the importance of environmental cultivation, talent training, systemic innovation and policy research in promoting current IPR capitalization.

Watson & Band will use this conference as an opportunity for an entry point to Shanghai Yidian Intelligent Park IPR, and it will actively assist with Shanghai Yidian’s upcoming strategic transformation.
