Jing Xia, a seasoned senior attorney at Watson & Band Law Offices, graduated from Fudan University with both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in law. She obtained her legal professional qualification in 2003 and has been a practicing lawyer since 2008. 

Before joining Watson & Band, Ms. Xia has amassed 17 years of experience in legal practice, including roles in state-owned enterprises, foreign invested companies, and law firms. She has served 10 years as a corporate general counsel and 5 years as a compliance officer in a multinational company. Her extensive experience spans:

• Supervision of Hollywood blockbusters co-produced by China and the US.
