Mr. Chen began his carrier as a patent agent in 1994 and joined Watson & Band in 2017. He specializes in the fields of chemistry, medicine, and biotechnology. Over his extensive career, Mr. Chen has handled over a thousand of patent affairs, including preparing patent application documents, drafting response to Office Actions, reexaminations, invalidations, and patent litigation. His deep expertise is also reflected in several articles published on the IP magazines in China.
