Ms. Ding Jingwen is an attorney-at-law at Watson & Band Law Offices and is based in the firm’s headquarters in Shanghai.
Ms. Ding graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with an LLB degree and an LLM degree in Civil and Commercial Law, as well as the Chinese University of Hong Kong with an LLM degree in Common Law. During her postgraduate study, Ms. Ding focused her research on the civil law and the tort law.
After joining Watson & Band in 2015, Ms. Ding has mainly engaged in IP dispute resolution with a focus on various types of litigation and enforcement as well as daily consultancy services for patent disputes. Over the years, she has worked with her legal team to undertake a range of cases, both at home and abroad, in the patent litigation field, covering a business scope of patent infringement litigation, patent right ownership dispute litigation, administrative protection of patent rights, trade secrets, unfair competition, etc.
Ms. Ding is a practicing lawyer in China with Chinese and English as her working languages.
